Smoked salmon rolls with cream and watercress

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ WHITE BREAD OR TOAST
→ GROUND WHITE PEPPER
→ 50-60 G WATERCRESS + A FEW LETTUCE LEAVES FOR DECORATION
→ 150 G CREAM (23% FAT CONTENT)
→ 150G SMOKED SALMON, THINLY SLICED
→ 1 PINCH OF SUGAR
→ 1 TEASPOON HOT MUSTARD
→ 1 TEASPOON LEMON JUICE

Cut the watercress into a sieve with kitchen scissors, pour cold water over it and dry it on a towel.

Mix cream with lemon juice, mustard, salt, pepper, sugar and chopped lettuce. Add the watercress.

Put the salmon slices on the work surface, lubricate with the prepared mixture and roll them into rolls. Place on a plate, cover with clear plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving.

Wash the lettuce leaves, shake off the water, put them on 4 plates, and then put the fish rolls on them. Serve with fresh toast or baguette.
