Smoked sardine salad

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 50 G GREEN ONIONS
→ 4 TABLESPOONS MAYONNAISE
→ 30 G PARSLEY OR DILL
→ 3 FRESH CUCUMBERS
→ 200 G GREEN SALAD
→ 2 HOT SMOKED SARDINES

To prepare a salad of smoked sardines, cut the vegetables and mix with mayonnaise, salt.

Remove the skin from the sardines, remove the bones (see the article "Cutting fish"), cut, add to the salad before serving. Sprinkle the smoked sardine salad with chopped herbs.
