Smoked sturgeon or Beluga

Ingredients

→ MAYONNAISE
→ 50 G GREEN SALAD
→ 300 G OF FRESH CUCUMBERS
→ 300 G SMOKED SEVRYUGA OR BELUGA
→ 200 G FRESH TOMATOES
→ 120 G HORSERADISH WITH VINEGAR

Peel the sevryuga or beluga from the skin, cut into thin pieces (2-3 pieces per serving), put on a dish or plate; put the sliced cucumbers and tomatoes on the side as a side dish. In addition, the dish can be decorated with fresh green lettuce leaves.

Separately to the smoked sevryuga or beluga, serve the sauce "Horseradish with vinegar" or mayonnaise.
