Sour cream sauce with tomato and onion

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 80 G OF TOMATO JUICE (OR TOMATO PASTE)
→ 400 G SOUR CREAM (15% FAT CONTENT)
→ 400 G FISH BROTH
→ 2 TABLESPOONS WHEAT FLOUR
→ 100 G ONION

Fry the finely chopped onion, then add a little salt and all the tomato juice. Fry everything together for another 10 minutes.

Put 2 tablespoons of flour, diluted in 400 g of fish broth (see the recipe "Fish broth"), pour in 400 g of sour cream and, filling the dish with sauce, put it in the oven.
