Spring salad with herring

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 4 GREEN ONION STALKS
→ 4 TOMATOES
→ 3-4 FRESH CUCUMBERS
→ 3-4 HARD-BOILED EGGS
→ 30 G DILL GREENS
→ 2 SALTED HERRING
→ 100 G GREEN SALAD
→ 1 CUP SALAD DRESSING

Boneless herring fillet cut into pieces (part of the herring to leave for decoration) (see "Cutting fish"). Onions, fresh cucumbers, tomatoes and eggs cut into circles, green salad-large or straws. Add the herring, mix everything and season with salad dressing (see "Salad dressing ordinary", "Salad dressing with olive oil", "Salad dressing with mustard and coriander").

Put a slide in a salad bowl, decorate with pieces of herring, cucumbers, tomatoes, green onions, lettuce leaves, egg slices. Before serving, sprinkle the dish with chopped dill.
