Squid in sour cream sauce

Ingredients

→ 1 CUP SOUR CREAM (15% FAT CONTENT

Cut the squid into strips, add salt and pepper, roll in 1 tablespoon of flour and fry in 2 tablespoons of oil, and then put in a saucepan.

Next, 1 tablespoon of flour lightly fry in 1 tablespoon of oil, dilute with a glass of sour cream and rub well so that there are no lumps.

Pour the resulting sauce over the squid, cover the dishes with a lid and simmer over low heat until tender.

Put everything on a platter with the sauce and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
