Squid salad with apples
Ingredients
→ SALT
→ 700 G SQUID
→ 2-3 TABLESPOONS GREEN CANNED PEAS
→ 2 SWEET AND SOUR APPLES
→ 2 HARD-BOILED EGGS
→ 125 G MAYONNAISE
Boil the squid (for 3 minutes), peel and finely chop.
Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into slices.
Hard-boiled eggs will be cut into cubes.
Mix all the ingredients, add the green peas and season with mayonnaise. Put a slide in a salad bowl, decorate with pieces of squid and apples.
