Squid salad with potatoes

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ 60 G GREEN CANNED PEAS
→ 5 BOILED POTATOES
→ 30 G DILL OR PARSLEY
→ 2 PICKLED CUCUMBERS
→ 2 SQUID
→ 150 G OF MAYONNAISE

Put the squid fillet in boiling water, add the herbs and cook for 3 minutes. Then cool, peel the skin from the squid and cut them into slices.

Mix the squid with chopped boiled potatoes and cucumbers, season with salt and pepper to taste. Add green peas and mayonnaise.

At the end of the salad, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
