Squid stewed with rice

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ 500 G SQUID
→ 3 TABLESPOONS MELTED BUTTER + A LITTLE OIL FOR FRYING
→ 2 ONIONS
→ 1.5 TABLESPOONS WHEAT FLOUR
→ 1 CUP RICE
→ 0.5 CUP MILK

Cut, boiled and fried squid mix with cooked until half-cooked crumbly rice. 

Finely chop the onion, brown in a frying pan with oil, mix with rice and squid. Pour in the milk, add salt, season with butter, cover the dishes with a lid and simmer on low heat until tender.
