Squid stuffed with dried apricots and raisins

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ BUTTER
→ 70 G OF MAYONNAISE
→ 50 G OF VODKA
→ 3 ONIONS
→ 1.5 KG OF RAW SQUID
→ 1 CUP RAISINS
→ 1 CUP DRIED APRICOTS

Remove the squid from the entrails, rinse and boil in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.

Finely chop the dried apricots, mix with the raisins, add the chopped onion and mix everything again. Fill the squid carcasses with the resulting minced meat.

Heat a frying pan with oil, put the squid in it, add vodka, salt and mayonnaise. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 40 minutes.

This dish can be served both hot and cold.
