Squid with vegetables in sauce

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 900 G SQUID
→ 5.5 TABLESPOONS OF ODORLESS VEGETABLE OIL
→ 5 CARROTS
→ 3/4 TEASPOON GROUND CLOVES
→ 2 ONIONS
→ 1.5 TABLESPOONS WHEAT FLOUR
→ 0.5 TEASPOON OF SUGAR
→ 0.5 CUP SOUR CREAM (15% FAT CONTENT)
→ 0.5 CUP HOT BOILED WATER

Boil the squid (see "Boiled squid"), chop into strips and fry in vegetable oil for 3-5 minutes.

Wash the carrots, peel, cut into cubes, onion-slices, and both fry in vegetable oil, add a little water and simmer until tender. Put salt and ground cloves in the vegetables.

Stir fried squid with stewed vegetables, pour sour cream sauce and simmer in the oven for 15 minutes.

Sour cream sauce: Fry the flour in oil until golden brown, pour the sour cream into it. Mix sour cream well with flour and butter, then add hot boiled water (0.5 cups), salt and sugar. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for 10 minutes. The finished sauce should have the consistency of pancake batter.
