Stew of shrimp

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ 800G FROZEN SHRIMP
→ 50 G OF DILL
→ 3 TOMATOES
→ 3 CARROTS
→ 1 TEASPOON SUGAR
→ 1 TABLESPOON MELTED BUTTER
→ 1 TABLESPOON WHEAT FLOUR
→ 1 SMALL CARROT
→ 1 SMALL ONION + 0.5 ONIONS FOR BROTH
→ 1 BAY LEAF
→ 1 PARSLEY ROOT (OR 3\4 TEASPOONS DRY PARSLEY ROOT),
→ 0.5 CUP CREAM (20% FAT CONTENT)
→ 0.5 CUP HOT VEGETABLE BROTH

Defrost and cook the shrimps (boiled and frozen ones cook for 3-5 minutes after boiling, and raw ones-10-12 minutes), chop the carrots, chop the onions finely.

In the melted butter, add the sugar with continuous stirring, cook the mass until the state of caramel. Add the onion to the caramel, then, stirring constantly, add the flour and fry everything until golden brown, and then gradually pour in the vegetable broth. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Boil the onion, bay leaf and parsley root in 1 cup of water, then pour half of the broth, and put the tomato pulp, cream, and shrimp in the remaining half and let stand for 10 minutes. Finely chop the dill and sprinkle it on the dish before serving.
