Strawberry juice

Strawberry juice has all the medicinal properties of berries, in addition, it is well absorbed by the body.

Strawberry juice is rich in sugars, organic acids, magnesium, potassium, calcium, manganese, copper, iron, zinc, phosphorus, cobalt, as well as vitamins C, K and group B.

For medical procedures, a very small amount of strawberry juice is required, and it is very easy to get it at home. To do this, pour a handful of berries on a layer of gauze, mash them with a wooden spoon, and then squeeze the juice into a glass bowl. Prepared in this way, strawberry juice is consumed only in fresh form, because after 1 hour, many useful substances are lost in it.

It is important to remember that strawberry juice can cause allergic reactions, and therefore you should start taking it with 1 teaspoon. In addition, if a person is prone to allergies, then the juice should be diluted in half with water before use. If the allergy does not appear, then the juice concentration can be increased. Then it is best to take pure strawberry juice with honey for medicinal purposes (50 g of juice and 1 tbsp of honey). This should be done half an hour before meals, provided that a person has a healthy stomach (strawberry juice taken on an empty stomach can irritate the gastric mucosa, so you should drink a little water before taking it).
