Strawberry stalks
Medicinal raw materials of strawberries are considered mature fruits, flowers, leaves, roots and stems.
Strawberry stems are short, pubescent, erect shoots (horns), on the upper parts of which fruit buds form in late summer.
The strawberry rhizome is a modified stem, as evidenced by the annual rings present on it.
To use strawberry stalks for medical purposes, they are collected, spread out in a thin layer and dried in the sun under a canopy or in a well-ventilated room.
The shelf life of dried strawberry stalks is 1 year.
