Stuffed squid

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ BUTTER
→ DILL GREENS
→ 60 G OF MAYONNAISE
→ 4-5 POTATOES
→ 3 CHAMPIGNONS
→ 2-3 TOMATOES
→ 200 G SOUR CREAM (15%FAT CONTENT)
→ 2 SQUID
→ 1 ONION

Squid carcasses are gutted, washed, boiled in boiling water (3-5 minutes), and then cleaned.

Simmer the mushrooms in a frying pan with a little water, add a little salt. Boil the potatoes in salted water, mash them to a puree, add the mushrooms and finely chopped, fried onions. Mix everything together.

Fill the squid carcasses with the resulting mass. In a frying pan, where the squid will be baked, pour a little melted butter and put the carcasses. Top with sliced tomatoes and finely chopped dill. Pour all the sour cream mixed with mayonnaise (3:1 ratio).

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
