Sturgeon, baked in one piece

Ingredients

→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ SALT
→ A FEW SPRIGS OF PARSLEY (FOR DECORATION)
→ 500 G STURGEON
→ 1 TABLESPOON SOUR CREAM (15% FAT CONTENT)
→ 1 TABLESPOON BUTTER

Prepared sturgeon, season with salt and pepper, place in pan (see "Cutting fish"), pour over sour cream, sprinkle with melted butter, pour on the bottom of the pan ½ Cup of water and put in the oven for 25-30 minutes, basting several times during this time, sturgeon juice, formed in the process of boiling the water.

When serving, cut the sturgeon crosswise into pieces, put it on a warmed dish and pour the juice filtered through a sieve. On top of sturgeon, garnish with parsley sprigs.

As a side dish, it is recommended to serve boiled potatoes with butter or French fries, as well as green salad, vegetable salad, fresh cucumbers or lemon slices. You can also serve mayonnaise with capers separately.
