Sturgeon fried with tomatoes and onions

Ingredients

→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ BOILED POTATOES OR FRIED ZUCCHINI WITH TOMATOES (SIDE DISH)
→ 750 G OF STURGEON IN A PIECE OR 500 G OF FILLET
→ 40 G PARSLEY OR DILL
→ 4 TOMATOES (FRESH OR CANNED)
→ 3 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
→ 2 TABLESPOONS WHEAT FLOUR
→ 1\4 CUPS OF MILK
→ 1 ONION

Put the sturgeon in milk mixed with salt and pepper, roll in flour (see the recipe "Flour breading") and fry (see the article "Cutting fish").

Separately fry in oil fresh or canned tomatoes, cut in half, salted and sprinkled with pepper. Cut onion rings to brown in a frying pan with oil.

When serving, put the sturgeon on a warmed dish, put a few onion rings in the middle of each piece, and half a tomato on the sides. Drizzle with sturgeon oil and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley or dill.

Serve boiled or fried potatoes with the sturgeon. You can cook sturgeon with fried zucchini and tomatoes.
