Sturgeon or sturgeon baked in sour cream

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ BOILED POTATOES, FRESH CUCUMBERS, TOMATOES, LETTUCE (AS A SIDE DISH)
→ 500-600 G OF FISH (STURGEON OR STURGEON)
→ 1 TABLESPOON SOUR CREAM (15% FAT CONTENT)
→ 1 TABLESPOON VEGETABLE OIL

Prepared fish (see the article "Cutting fish") put a whole piece in a frying pan, add salt, grease with sour cream on top, brush with oil, pour 0.5 cups of water on the bottom of the pan and bake the fish in a hot oven at 180-200 degrees for 30-40 minutes. During baking, the fish should be poured several times with the juice released at the same time.

Cut the finished fish into portions, place on a warmed dish, pour the juice and serve with boiled potatoes. Separately, you can serve fresh cucumbers, tomatoes and green salad.
