Table beet of the "bona" variety"

"Bona" is a medium – ripe variety of juicy and sweet table beet. It has a good shelf life: it is used for long-term storage.

Rounded root vegetables of medium size are colored red. They have a tender flesh, without dividing into annular zones. The color of the pulp is dark red, uniform.

The weight of each root vegetable reaches 250-280 g. In cooking, such root vegetables are used mainly in fresh form, as well as for canning.
