Ingredients

→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ SALT
→ 2/3 CUP OLIVE OIL
→ 2 TABLESPOONS SOUR CREAM (15% FAT CONTENT)
→ 2 TABLESPOONS FINELY CHOPPED PICKLED CUCUMBERS
→ 2 TABLESPOONS CAPERS
→ 1 TEASPOON CHOPPED DILL
→ 1 RAW EGG YOLK + 2 BOILED EGG YOLKS
→ 1 TABLESPOON LEMON JUICE
→ 1 TABLESPOON DIJON MUSTARD

Grate the boiled egg yolks on a fine grater, add to them the raw yolk, mustard, lemon juice, and beat everything until smooth. Then pour in the butter in small portions, whipping the sauce continuously with a whisk. Then add sour cream, salt and pepper, add capers, pickled cucumbers and finely chopped dill.
