The seaweed salad
Ingredients
→ SALT
→ 3 TABLESPOONS VEGETABLE OIL
→ 200-300 G FROZEN SEA CAPUT
→ 1-2 PICKLED CUCUMBERS
→ 1 TEASPOON 3% VINEGAR
→ 1 TABLESPOON CHOPPED PARSLEY
→ 1 HARD-BOILED EGG
→ 1 BOILED CARROT
→ 1 ONION
Seaweed thaw, rinse and cook for 15 -20 minutes, changing the water three times. Then cool it and cut into strips.
Pickles and carrots chop into strips, hard-boiled egg chop, onion cut into rings, combine everything, season with vegetable oil, vinegar, salt and mix thoroughly. (Also, this salad can be prepared without eggs.)
