Tomato sauce for fish (classic)

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ 2 TABLESPOONS TOMATO PASTE
→ 1-1. 5 CUPS FISH BROTH
→ 1 TABLESPOON BUTTER
→ 0.5 TABLESPOONS WHEAT FLOUR

0.5 tablespoons of flour lightly fry with the same amount of oil, add tomato paste, stir and dilute with fish broth, cooked with the addition of parsley and onions.

Cook the prepared sauce for 5-10 minutes on low heat, strain, add salt, pepper, the remaining oil and stir thoroughly.
