Tomato sauce with thyme

Ingredients

→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ SALT
→ 500 G OF MASHED TOMATO PULP (OR TOMATO PASTE)
→ 20 G PARSLEY
→ 1 TABLESPOON OLIVE OIL
→ 1 SMALL ONION
→ 1 GARLIC CLOVE
→ ½ TEASPOON DRIED THYME OR OREGANO

In a saucepan, pour the oil and fry the chopped garlic over low heat. Finely chop the onion and saute it in the same pan until it becomes transparent. Next, put tomato paste or mashed tomato pulp, thyme or oregano in a saucepan.

Let the sauce simmer over low heat for 1 hour. Then season the sauce with salt and ground black pepper. At the end, rub the sauce through a sieve.
