Tomato sauce with vegetables

Ingredients

→ 700 G OF READY-MADE TOMATO SAUCE OR KETCHUP
→ 60 G PARSLEY
→ 2 PEAS OF BLACK PEPPER
→ 150 G CARROTS
→ 150 G ONION
→ 120 G BUTTER
→ 100 G DRY WHITE WINE
→ 1 SMALL BAY LEAF

Parsley, carrots and onions finely chopped and spasserovat in oil. Pour the wine into the sauteed vegetables, put the bay leaf, pepper and boil the mass for 2\3 of the original volume.

Combine the mixture with the tomato sauce and cook for 15-20 minutes. At the end, season the sauce with butter.
