Tomatoes with anchovies or sprats

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ SALTED SPRATS
→ HARD-BOILED EGGS
→ TOMATOES
→ PUNCH
→ MAYONNAISE
→ ANCHOVIES

Cut the washed tomatoes into two parts and remove the grains from the middle. Add salt to the tomatoes, sprinkle with ground black pepper, fill with mayonnaise, and top with 2-3 anchovies, rolled into a ring, or peeled sprats (without bones) (see the article "Cutting fish").

Each half of the tomato is covered with chopped hard-boiled eggs, and in the center place a bouquet of chopped parsley or dill.
