Tuna salad with cabbage

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 300-400 G WHITE CABBAGE
→ 300 G BONELESS TUNA FILLET
→ 3 TABLESPOONS FINELY CHOPPED PARSLEY
→ 1 PICKLE
→ 1 HEAD OF ONION
→ 0.5 CUPS OF MAYONNAISE

To prepare a tuna salad with cabbage, wash the tuna fillet well and boil until tender with the addition of salt (see "Cutting fish" and "Features of cooking boiled fish"), then cool and cut into small cubes.

Chop the cabbage into thin strips and rub with salt until the juice appears.

Cut the pickled cucumber into small cubes.

Peel and finely chop the onion.

Mix the boiled tuna fillet, cabbage, pickle and onion in a salad bowl and season with mayonnaise.

Ready tuna salad with cabbage before serving, decorate with finely chopped parsley.
