Tuna salad with pomegranate seeds

Ingredients

→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ SALT
→ 300 G BONELESS TUNA FILLET
→ 2 SPRIGS OF PARSLEY (FOR DECORATION)
→ 1 POMEGRANATE
→ 0.5 CUP OLIVE OIL
→ 0.5 CUP CANNED GREEN PEAS
→ 0.5 CUPS CANNED CORN KERNELS0. 5 CUPS CANNED CORN KERNELS

To prepare a tuna salad with pomegranate seeds, wash the tuna fillet and boil it in a small amount of salted water (see the notes "Cutting fish" and "Features of cooking boiled fish"), then remove from the broth, cool and cut into small cubes.

Cut the pomegranate with a sharp knife, then break it and carefully remove the grains.

Mix tuna fillet, pomegranate seeds, canned corn, canned green peas, add ground black pepper and salt to taste. Top the salad with oil. All the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

Ready tuna salad with pomegranate seeds to transfer to a salad bowl and before serving garnish with sprigs of parsley.
