→ 3-4 TABLESPOONS SOUR CREAM (15% FAT CONTENT)
→ 30 G GREEN SALAD
→ 3 TABLESPOONS MAYONNAISE
→ 3 BOILED POTATOES
→ 2/3 TEASPOON READY-MADE MUSTARD
→ 1 APPLE OF SWEET AND SOUR TASTE + A FEW SLICES OF APPLE FOR DECORATION
→ 1 TEASPOON APPLE OR WINE VINEGAR
→ 1 SALTED HERRING
→ 1 HARD-BOILED EGG + SEVERAL EGG SLICES FOR DECORATION
→ 1 CUCUMBER
→ 1 ONION
→ 1 BOILED CARROT (SMALL SIZE)
→ ¼ TEASPOON GROUND RED HOT PEPPER
Wash the carrots and potatoes and boil until tender, along with the peel. Then cool them and clean them. Cut the egg into semicircular slices. Cut the herring into boneless fillets and cut into small pieces.
Carrot, potato, apple (without peel) and cucumber cut into strips, finely chop the onion. Ingredients (herring, carrots, potatoes, apple, cucumber and onion) mix, add salt and pepper, add vinegar and sour cream, mixed previously with mustard.
This salad can be placed in an oval salad bowl (or herring bowl) and attach the head and tail of the herring to the edges. Before serving, it is recommended to decorate the salad with slices of apples, green lettuce leaves and slices of boiled egg.
