Walleye stewed in sour cream

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ 4 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
→ 2 CUPS SOUR CREAM (20% FAT CONTENT)
→ 1.5 KG OF POTATOES
→ 1 KG OF WALLEYE

Zander to clean, wash, cut into portions (see the article "Cutting fish").

Grease a saucepan with oil, put a layer of fish on the bottom, and on it-a layer of peeled and cut into thin circles of potatoes, then again a layer of fish, and so on several times. Next, sprinkle the dish with salt and pepper, pour the heated butter, put it in the oven and simmer under a closed lid until ready.
