White cabbage juice

For the preparation of cabbage juice, you should choose a large dense head.

Wash and dry the cabbage. Separate the top cabbage leaves.

Cut the head into several parts (preferably 4) and pass it through a juicer or twice through a meat grinder.
After that, strain the juice through cheesecloth.

Ready-made cabbage juice can be stored for 1 day at a temperature not exceeding 2 degrees Celsius (in the refrigerator).

As a rule, about 1 liter of juice will be obtained from 2 kg of cabbage.
