White late-maturing cabbage of the variety "Kharkiv winter" has heads of round-flat shape, dense, weighing 3.5-4.2 kg. The inner stalk of cabbage is of medium length. At the same time, the taste of the leaves is wonderful.
Such cabbage is used with success in sauerkraut, fresh and stewed types. It is important to note that with any processing method, it retains an excellent taste.
