White cabbage salad with herring

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 30 G GREEN ONIONS
→ 3 HARD-BOILED EGGS (LEAVE A FEW SLICES FOR DECORATION)
→ 250 G WHITE CABBAGE
→ 2 TABLESPOONS 3% VINEGAR
→ 150 G SALTED HERRING
→ 15 G DILL OR PARSLEY
→ 1 TABLESPOON SUGAR
→ 1 TABLESPOON VEGETABLE OIL

Finely chop the cabbage and add salt. Let stand for half an hour to form juice. Then season with vegetable oil, vinegar and sugar and mix. Cut the herring into boneless fillets (see the article "Cutting fish") and cut this fillet into small cubes. Mix herring with cabbage, chopped green onions, chopped eggs.

Ready salad put a slide in a salad bowl, arrange on top of small pieces of herring, slices of boiled egg, and finely chopped herbs.
