White pepper
White pepper is a classic spice that is the fruit of the same botanical plant as black pepper. In fact, white pepper is a mature black pepper seed, devoid of pericarps (white pepper is obtained from mature fruits that are specially soaked in seawater or fermented in the sun).
This type of pepper is more aromatic and does not taste as sharp as black pepper. It goes well with more delicate products that do not have a characteristic smell, such as boiled meat, dumplings.
