Winter salad with herring

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 2-3 TABLESPOONS CANNED GREEN PEAS
→ 2-3 BOILED POTATOES
→ 20 G GREEN ONIONS
→ 2 PODS OF CANNED SWEET RED PEPPER
→ 2 TABLESPOONS SOUR CREAM (15% FAT CONTENT)
→ 2 TABLESPOONS MAYONNAISE
→ 2 SALTED HERRING
→ 2 HARD-BOILED EGGS
→ 2 HEADS OF ONIONS
→ 1-2 PICKLED CUCUMBERS
→ 1 BOILED CARROT

Boneless fillet of salted herring cut into small pieces (see "Cutting fish"). Boiled potatoes and pickles cut into slices, and boiled carrots-circles. Chop the onion into half rings, finely chop the green onion, cut the pepper into strips. Finely chop the egg.

Mix the prepared products, add canned peas to them. Season the salad with mayonnaise and sour cream, add salt, carefully mix everything again and put it in a slide in a salad bowl.

Before serving, decorate the dish with any ingredients that are part of the salad.
