Yakutyanka potato variety (Siberian selection)
Early-maturing potatoes of the Yakutyanka variety have delicious tubers of oval-rounded shape with eyes of medium depth, smooth red skin and white flesh. The mass of the tuber is from 82 to 176 g.
In cooking, Yakutyanka potatoes are used for frying, as well as for making crispy potatoes, French fries and chips.
