Potato varieties "marfona" (Dutch selection)

Medium-ripe potatoes of the Marfona variety yield large, satisfactory or good-tasting tubers of oval shape, with a light yellow skin, the same color of the pulp and eyes of medium depth. The weight of each tuber is from 80 to 110 g.

Potatoes of the Marfona variety are used in cooking exclusively for frying (getting crispy potatoes, chips and ordinary fried potatoes).
