Cauliflower of the Skywalker F1 variety (Dutch selection)

"Skywalker F1" is a late-maturing variety of cauliflower with excellent taste. It forms dense, round-flat, rather heavy heads of white color. Their weight varies from 1.9 to 3.5 kg.

In cooking, "Skywalker F1" is used for various types of processing and for freezing.
