Potatoes of the Yanga variety (Siberian selection)
Medium-ripe potatoes of the Yanga variety give delicious tubers of an oval shape, with a pink skin, white flesh and small eyes. The mass of the tuber is 70-170 g.
In cooking, yanga potatoes are used for frying, stewing, cooking (including with subsequent use in salads) and laying in transparent soups.
