Raspberry yellow
Yellow raspberries are rarely found in homesteads. Nevertheless, there are people who love this particular variety of raspberries for their original color and pleasant sweet taste. And indeed, yellow raspberries are sweeter than red raspberries (see the article "Raspberries"). As for the fragrance, here they are almost as good as the second.
To date, there are few yellow-fruited varieties of raspberries: "amber", "yellow Spirina", "runaway", "yellow dessert", "yellow giant", "yellow sweetmeat". Due to the unusual color of the berries of these varieties, a very beautiful jam is obtained!
