"Bovine blood" is a medium-ripened beet variety with excellent taste qualities. Good storage capacity of root crops, cold resistance and stable yield (even in dry summers) make this variety very popular among gardeners.
Aligned, smooth, red-colored root vegetables have a rounded shape. Their flesh is homogeneous, without rings. The color of the pulp is dark red.
